"Regrets will kill you. Living life will thrill you."
 Ronak Sawant

Imagine you are on your deathbed and today is the last day of your life. You are now reflecting on your life by watching your life’s movie with eyes closed. I want to ask you a question, “Are you enjoying watching your life’s movie or are you regretting something in it?” Be honest with yourself. If you understood the question deeply and learned something from the above scenario, then you probably have found your answer. To make it simple - if you are enjoying your life then you should keep living your life at fullest, if you think there will be a regret in life then it’s time to wake up, do things that matter and live your life.

Regret is the greatest pain in life. It is the feeling that hurts so much. It destroys our presence. It kills our life. It kills our soul. Nothing can kill us more than the feeling of regret. We cannot experience true fulfilment if there’s any regret in life.

Do you love any person?
Express your feelings to him/her.
Do you have a dream?
Work hard to make it a reality.
Do you want to start something of your own?
Start from today. It doesn’t matter if you start small. Just start.
Do you want to learn and master a skill?
Practice every day. Practice, practice, practice.
Do you want to travel to your dream destination?
Save money. Research, plan, go on an adventurous journey of your lifetime.
Do you want to live the life of regrets or the life of your dreams?
Of course, the life of your dreams right! So why wait, and then later regret. The time is now. The moment is now. Take a step towards your dream life now. Start now.

"Don’t let the things you want to do, die inside you."
 Ronak Sawant

In life whatever you choose to do, don’t make room for regret, instead build a garden that is full of love, accomplishments, happiness, peace, satisfaction, and most of all, full of life.

Take a deep breath and then ask yourself this question, “Am I living the best life that makes me happy or the life that I am going to regret soon?” When you answer this question to yourself, your journey of life transforms from here. You start living life like never before, and in the process, you discover the true meaning of life, you find your purpose, your talent, your gift and yourself. Thus, leaving no room for regret and building the garden that is full of life.

Regrets will kill you from the inside and make you empty if you will not try to do the things you want to do. It is rightly said that life is too short to live with regrets. So, don’t keep things on hold for future regret. Don’t let this thought arise in the course of time and question you - how something could have been different in life. Do difference now. Do things now so that later will not turn into never. On our deathbed, we regret not the things we have done, but the things we haven’t done in life that we wanted to. So, let’s do what we dream of doing. Let’s become what we dream of becoming. Let’s live our dream life. Let’s live and make the most of our life! Period.

"A life of regret is a life not lived well."

English Translation:

"One such friendship - Death and Life!"

One day Death came and said Life, will you befriend me?

Life said, If you know how to fulfil friendship, then why not!

Death said, How to fulfil?

Life said, From the heart.

Death said, Okay! But, I have no heart.

Life said I have two hearts. I can work even with one heart. One centre is enough for me.

Death said I am sorry because I lied to you that I have no heart. I have a heart. I just wanted to learn how to fulfil a friendship. And I learned that. Now I am completely ready for our friendship.

Life said, Whoever does not lie for selfishness, it is called friendship.

Death said I am happy, I have found such a friend.

Life said I am happy I have got such a friend.

They both hugged each other and said - Happy Friendship!

It became such a friendship, in which there was no complaint and no demand. Death never demanded life from life and Life never demanded death from death. It became such a friendship that it was named, death and life. This friendship now lives in all of us. We have to learn how to fulfil it from them.

English Translation:

"When I was small"

When I was small,
I wanted to grow up and become big!
So big that I wanted to touch the sky.
Life continued, and I grew up.
With so many effort and hard work, I touched that sky.
Yes, I became big.
But now I have realised that there’s much more fun in staying small.

"When you are small, you dream of becoming big in life. But when you become big, that’s when you realise that life is much more fun being small."

Cover Photo: The Traveller in me - Ronak Sawant

There is a traveller in me who loves to travel. Travel to a known and an unknown place, Travel to a popular and offbeat destination, Travel to a normal and unusual location. Above all, travel not just to see a place but to experience and feel the place. That is the traveller in me who wants to travel and explore this beautiful world.

I love travelling. For me, travelling is like dancing, moving to the sound of my soul, wandering to the rhythm of my heart, mind and body. No, not to get lost! But to be exposed to the visions that people ordinarily haven’t seen before (or usually don’t see). Exploring a new place, a new language, culture, tradition, etc. walking the way of randomness, having a conversation with a stranger, knowing their life stories, spending time with the locals, tasting the local food and discovering the reason behind the name of the place. That is what makes the journey fascinating and worth it. You not only get connected to the world, but you connect with yourself also. That's the magic of travelling!

When I travel, I feel the most alive. And I don’t live in the future or the past, just in the present moment. Travelling makes me fall in love with my life. The more I travel, the more I love life and live life. Travelling has taught me how to live in the present. I have learned so much about myself and the people around me. Travelling teaches you so many things. It shows how simple life is and it is meant to live. Gratitude and empathy are two of the most important things that I’ve learned from travelling.

We are all travellers on this journey called life. Some travel the long distances, while some travel short distances. It doesn’t matter how much distance you travel, what matters is did you enjoyed every second of it. So whatever the distance you cover, make sure to enjoy the journey as this journey is the journey of a lifetime.

Enjoy the journey and live your life."

Cover Photo: Life is a blessing. I am grateful for everything. - Ronak Sawant

A boy after coming home from the office finished his dinner and went out with friends on a bike to have a cup of ice-cream. Suddenly his right leg’s foot got stuck in a tire while he was sitting as a pillion behind. He lost his foot, which is one of the essential parts of the human body. Now he is hardly able to walk the same again. A girl very much excited for her job interview and the career ahead, the truck hit her while she was crossing the road towards her job location. Unfortunately, she died on the street after flying some meters away. A family relishing the holidays having a great time of their lives travelling together after a very long time, their happiness turned into the tears of massive fear when the bus they were going by fall deep into the river. The whole family lost their lives.

These all incidents may sound like a story of a sad movie, don't they? But these are all real-life stories which have happened in real. All these incidents occurred in a moment. Death is indeed a sudden arrival. Few seconds and you lose a life. Life is so unpredictable that you will never know what is going to happen in your life in a moment. For one moment you are happy, excited and alive and the next moment you die. Sadly, this is how life is sometimes. And, this is how it goes.

I am writing this post because this is all coming from my heart and soul. I want to say thank you for this life and for everything that I have.

Life is such a blessing.
I am grateful for each moment of my life.
I am grateful that I am writing this blog and sharing with you.
I am grateful for the great family that life has blessed me.
I am grateful for all my friends and all the people I have met and will meet in my life.
I am grateful for the food I eat, the clothes I wear, the home I live in and the bed on which I sleep.
I am so grateful for everything in my life.

At this moment, life is beautiful. Life is perfect for me right now. I am happy. I am at peace. Thank you, universe!

Appreciate your life, forgive people for their mistakes, be kind, say those three golden words, spend time with your loved ones, hug them, tell them how special they are because you never know when that next moment comes.

"In life, we only know the date we were born, not the day we will die. Let’s live life before we die."

(Zindagi Aasaan Hai) - Poem by Ronak Sawant

"Zindagi Aasaan Hai"

Zindagi aasaan hai

Kyon hum isey mushkil bana rahe hain?

Kyon hum jeena bhul rahe hain?

Rehne ke liye chahiye hota hai, ek chota-sa ghar

Ghar jo deewaron se nahin, banta hai toh sirf logon se

Jinhe hum pyaar se kehte hai parivaar

Shareer par pehenne ke liye chahiye hote hain kuch kapde

Pet ki bhookh mitaane ke liye chahiye hota hai khana

Mann ki bhookh mitaane ke liye chahiye hoti hai shaanti

Akelepan ko dur karne ke liye chahiye koi shauk ya saathi

Dil ko poora karne ke liye chahiye pyaar aur dosti

Zindagi mein santusht rehne ke liye chahiye ehsaanmandi aur khushi

Yeh sab bhoolkar

Hum kahan daud rahe hain?

Zindagi ke peeche ya zindagi ke aage?

Ek baar zindagi ke saath-saath chalna seekho

Zindagi se pyaar karna seekho

Zindagi ko jeena seekho

Zindagi vaakai aasaan hai

Zindagi vaakai aasaan hai

Zindagi vaakai aasaan hai
